SnugPaw products are not indestructible toys. Like any plush pet toy, product lifespan depends on factors including chewing intensity, bite strength, play style, age, and individual pet behavior. The product should be inspected regularly and discontinued if it becomes unsafe.

SECTION 9.1 — ELECTRONIC HEARTBEAT MODULE & PRODUCT CARE
Our plush toys contain an electronic heartbeat simulation module that must be handled properly to ensure safe and reliable operation.
By purchasing the product, you agree to follow all care and usage instructions provided by SnugPaw.
To preserve the electronic module:
- Remove the electronic module before washing or cleaning the plush.
- Wash the plush only according to the provided care instructions.
- Do not immerse the electronic module in water or expose it to excessive moisture, liquids, extreme temperatures, or direct heat.
- Do not open, disassemble, puncture, modify, or attempt to repair the module yourself.
- Do not use the module if it shows visible damage or signs of malfunction.
- Keep the module out of reach of small children when removed from the plush.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
